Q.  Is parking available?
A.  While we would love to offer parking on site, Downtown San Diego can be tricky for parking long term (2+hours). What we suggest is if you have a appointment lasting longer than 2 hours google search parking garages around downtown for current rates. Uber or Lyft would also be a great option depending on where you are coming from.

Q. Do you offer Gift Certificates?

A. Yes we offer Gift cards in person at Superfly. Feel free to stop by and pick up a card in any amount to go towards a new tattoo/body piercing or even jewlery or a T-shirt. If you cant make it in please feel free to click the link for an E-Gift Certificate on our main page next to the title " Artists and Dry Goods".

Q.  How do I make an appointment?
A. Please browse our Artist Portfolios and when you found your artist, just click the "Book an appointment" tab on the navigation bar. Then choose the artist on the left side of the screen that you would like to make an appointment with. Please keep in mind that our artist strive to provide you with the highest quality custom tattooing in a efficient and timely manner and while we always accept walk-ins appointments are best to guarantee your time.

Q. Do you require deposits for appointments?

A. Yes a Non-Refundable deposit of $100 holds your date and time with you artist.  As long as you are straight with us and give us at least 24 hours notice of rescheduling appointment we will gladly move your date and time while maintaining your deposit. No call no shows will forfeit your deposit. Our artist strive to serve you with the highest quality custom tattooing, that being said custom tattoos take time to create please give our tattooers the respect of a notice if something comes up.

Q. Do you only accept cash?

A. While everyone knows cash is always preferred we do accept all major credit cards.
